This agreement allows the company to offer cashless Ayurveda Panchkarma treatment to insured beneficiaries covered by Medsave's health insurance policies. The empanelment, effective from 26 December 2025, covers a network of Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ayurveda Panchkarma Hospitals across various locations in India, including Manesar, Navi Mumbai, Lucknow, Bhopal, Panchkula, Noida, Raipur, Kota, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Sikar, Chennai, Alwar, Bikaner, Sanganer, Ranchi, Bangalore, Pune, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Indore, Surat, Bilaspur, Greater Noida, Vadodara, Kolkata, Mathura, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Prayagraj, Agra, Multan Nagar, Amritsar, Thane, Andheri, Rohini, Sonipat, Ambala, Meerut, Kanpur, Patna, Varanasi, and Jalandhar. The company confirmed that this arrangement is a routine business activity and does not involve any related party transactions or material contracts requiring special disclosure under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
