JBM Auto Limited announced its un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,613.98 crore for the quarter, a slight increase from ₹1,396.23 crore in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹46.55 crore, compared to ₹41.63 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations was ₹4,236.10 crore, up from ₹3,826.63 crore in the same period last fiscal. The net profit after tax for the nine months was ₹125.59 crore, compared to ₹179.88 crore in the previous year. Standalone revenue from operations for the third quarter of FY26 was ₹1,278.89 crore, with a net profit after tax of ₹46.19 crore. For the nine-month period, standalone revenue was ₹3,716.30 crore and net profit after tax was ₹49.89 crore. The company also noted an exceptional item impacting results, related to New Labour Codes and operational disruptions, amounting to ₹8.40 crore (standalone) and ₹9.64 crore (consolidated). During the quarter, JBM Auto Limited divested its 100% stake in MH Ecolife Mobility Private Limited to JBM Ecolife Mobility Private Limited, a Joint Venture company.
