Mr. Narayan Saraf has ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, effective from the closing of business hours on January 30, 2026. Mr. Saraf submitted his resignation due to personal reasons and to pursue other professional opportunities. He expressed gratitude for the experience and cooperation received during his tenure as CFO and wished the company well for the future. The company has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about this change as per SEBI regulations.
