Jay Bharat Maruti Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be closed effective from Thursday, January 01, 2026. It will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. If the designated closing date falls on a trading holiday, the window will reopen on the next succeeding trading day. The company will inform the stock exchanges in due course about the date of the Board of Directors' meeting convened to consider and approve these financial results. All designated persons are advised against trading in the company's securities during this period.
