Jash Engineering Limited has announced the formation of a new, wholly-owned subsidiary in Saudi Arabia named "Rodney Hunt Mahr Industries". The company has received its commercial registration certificate.

Following this formation, Jash Engineering plans to apply for industrial land in Dammam's 3 Industrial area, with an expected land allotment by March 2026. Subject to land acquisition, the construction of a new plant is anticipated to commence by July 2026, with completion expected within 10-12 months. Commercial production in Saudi Arabia is targeted to begin by July 1, 2027.

The Saudi market for Water, Waste Water, Desalination, and Storm Water is projected for substantial future growth. Establishing a local manufacturing presence is expected to provide Jash Engineering with procurement and pricing advantages over non-Saudi suppliers. It will also assist Indian EPC contractors in meeting localization targets.

The company anticipates becoming a major player in the Saudi market by 2030, with projected revenues exceeding ₹100 crores (1 billion). The Saudi plant may also serve as a supply hub for GCC countries, depending on future advantages. This strategic move, along with ongoing acquisitions in the UK and India, is a proactive response to the evolving and uncertain business situation in the USA, aiming to offset potential challenges.
