Jana Small Finance Bank Limited has submitted its Security Cover Certificate for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges. The bank has stated that disclosures under Regulation 54 (1) and (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are not applicable as it has not issued any Secured Non-convertible Debt Securities. The certificate, prepared pursuant to Regulation 54(3) of the SEBI Regulations, has been audited by Batliboi & Purohit, Chartered Accountants. The auditors have provided limited assurance, confirming that the book values of assets have been accurately extracted from the unaudited books of account and that the bank has complied with all applicable covenants in the Debenture Trust Deeds as at December 31, 2025. The auditors' report, dated February 6, 2026, was issued after a limited review of the bank's unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. They concluded that nothing came to their attention to suggest that the asset book values were not accurately extracted or that the bank had not complied with the covenants in the Debenture Trust Deeds concerning listed non-convertible debt securities.
