The meeting, which was originally scheduled for February 6, 2026, has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The company stated that further updates will be shared in due course. This intimation is made pursuant to an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, admitting the company into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The company previously intimated about this process on February 4, 2026.
