Jain Irrigation Systems Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating Trading by Designated Persons & Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The Board Meeting to consider these financial results is expected on February 8, 2026. Consequently, the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of this meeting. As per SEBI circulars, the PAN of all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives will be frozen at the security level during this closure period to prevent non-compliance with the PIT Regulations. The company reserves the right to take appropriate action against any associate or connected person found trading in its securities during this prohibited period.
