The consolidated net loss after tax for the quarter was ₹78 lakh, an improvement from a loss of ₹2,095 lakh in the same period last year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations was ₹457,556 lakh, with a consolidated net loss after tax of ₹2,095 lakh. The company also reported an exceptional item loss of ₹2,078 lakh in its standalone results for the quarter, related to the statutory impact of new Labour Codes. In the consolidated results, exceptional items amounted to a loss of ₹3,893 lakh. The statutory auditors, M/s. Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, have issued a limited review report with an unmodified and unqualified opinion on the unaudited financial results.
