Jain Irrigation Systems Limited has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹1,597.6 crore for Q3 FY26, an increase of 17.4% compared to ₹1,360.8 crore in Q3 FY25. Consolidated EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹167.8 crore, a decrease of 4.5% from ₹175.7 crore in the same period last year. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue grew by 13.5% to ₹4,575.5 crore from ₹4,030.5 crore in the corresponding period of FY25. The consolidated EBITDA for 9M FY26 increased by 15.4% to ₹569.0 crore compared to ₹493.1 crore in 9M FY25. On a standalone basis, revenue for Q3 FY26 was ₹919.7 crore, up 15.0% year-on-year. Standalone EBITDA increased by 4.6% to ₹135.7 crore. For the nine-month period, standalone revenue grew by 13.4% to ₹2,530.2 crore, and standalone EBITDA rose by 17.9% to ₹366.7 crore. The company highlighted strong growth across all business segments, particularly in Hi-Tech Agri and Plastic divisions. The Agro Processing division also reported growth, driven by international markets. Management attributed the revenue growth to strong demand, recent reduction in GST rates, and improved operating efficiencies. The company also noted a significant improvement in the working capital cycle, with cash flow from operations at 149% of EBITDA for Q3 FY26.
