Jagran Prakashan Limited (JPL) has provided an update regarding two company petitions: "Mahendra Mohan Gupta and Ors. v. Devendra Mohan Gupta and Ors., C.P. No. 64 of 2023" and "Shailendra Mohan Gupta and Ors. v. Jagran Media Network Investment Private Limited, C.P. No. 57 of 2025". These petitions were listed on February 3, 2026, before the Hon’ble Special Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad. As the bench was constituted for urgent IBC matters, no arguments were presented. Consequently, the company petitions have been re-notified for hearing on behalf of the Respondents to February 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The matters will not be listed on February 4, 2025, and from February 9 to February 11, 2025, as previously notified. Copies of the orders uploaded on February 3, 2026, have been annexed. JPL will provide further disclosure upon any material development in the proceedings. The information will also be uploaded on the company's corporate website and the websites of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
