ITC Hotels Limited has announced the allotment of leasehold land at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi, by India International Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited (IICC), a Government of India enterprise.

The lease is for a period of approximately 91 years, with a lease premium of ₹326.50 crores. The land, measuring approximately 3648 square meters with a permissible FAR of around 26179 square meters, is designated for the development and operation of a distinguished premium 5-star hotel, complemented by banqueting facilities and signature cuisine offerings.

Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited, stated, “Yashobhoomi is a gamechanger for the MICE industry. It has already hosted a large number of trade shows and big conventions. ITCHL shall leave no stone unturned to create one of the finest hospitality offerings through the proposed hotel that will showcase our culinary and service excellence to global guests.”

This development is expected to enhance Yashobhoomi’s stature as an international destination for conventions, conferences, exhibitions, and marquee events. ITC Hotels Limited currently operates 10 properties with 1599 keys across various brands in the Delhi NCR region.
