ITC Hotels Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1231 crore, marking a 21% increase year-on-year. EBITDA stood at ₹467 crore, up 23%, and Profit After Tax (PAT) before exceptional items was ₹307 crore, a significant 42% rise.

The standalone results also showed strong growth, with revenue from operations increasing by 12% to ₹1052 crore. EBITDA grew by 25% to ₹286 crore, and PAT before exceptional items rose by 12% to ₹1052 crore.

Key highlights from the quarter include the commencement of deliveries for Sapphire Residences in Colombo, and ITC Ratnadipa turning EBITDA positive on a year-to-date basis while maintaining RevPAR leadership. The company also secured a land parcel at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi, for the development of a premium 5-star hotel, expected to be completed by 2030.

ITC Hotels continued its expansion through an 'Asset-Right' strategy, opening new hotels in Bodh Gaya, Rishikesh, Siliguri, Sirmur, Dungarpur, and Jaipur, and signing 28 new hotels with 2790 keys during the calendar year 2025. The company achieved a milestone of crossing 150 operational hotels with over 14,000 keys.

ITC Hotels received several accolades, including recognition as the World's Leading Sustainable Organisation and Best Luxury Hotel Chain by Travel + Leisure for the ninth consecutive year. The company also reinforced its commitment to sustainability with multiple LEED® certifications.
