Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. During this period, employees, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's equity shares. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and declare these financial results will be intimated at a later date.
