IRM Energy Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Ashish Mittal as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) in the role of General Manager - Commercial & Marketing. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors via a circular resolution passed on December 29, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Mittal's categorization as SMP is effective from December 29, 2025. The change in reporting structure and allocation of functional responsibilities led to this appointment. Mr. Mittal brings over 16 years of experience in the City Gas Distribution and Natural Gas downstream sector, with prior roles at KPMG India, Ultra Gas & Energy Limited, Mahanagar Gas Limited, and Sabarmati Gas Limited. His academic qualifications include an MBA in Oil & Gas from UPES, Dehradun, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University.
