This appointment is proposed as a Special Resolution and is effective from November 14, 2025, for a term of five years, concluding on November 13, 2030. The e-voting period for the postal ballot will commence on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. IST and will conclude on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST.
