Iris Clothings Limited has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 3rd February 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the company's registered office located at 103/24/1, Foreshore Road, Shibpur, Howrah – 711102. The EGM will address special business as detailed in the notice dated 5th January 2026. Electronic copies of the EGM notice have been dispatched to members with registered email addresses. Physical copies have been sent to members without registered emails. The dispatch of EGM notices was completed on 9th January 2026.

The e-voting period will commence on Saturday, 31st January 2026, at 9:00 am and conclude on Monday, 2nd February 2026, at 5:00 pm. Members holding shares as of the cut-off date, Tuesday, 27th January 2026, are eligible to cast their votes electronically. The e-voting module will be disabled by CDSL after the closing time. Votes cast cannot be changed subsequently. Members attending the EGM who have not voted remotely or abstained are eligible to vote via poll during the meeting.

Mrs. Pooja Bachhawat, Practising Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting and poll voting process. The voting results and the Scrutinizer's Report will be published on the company's website (www.irisclothings.in), the National Stock Exchange of India Limited website (www.nseindia.com), and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited website (www.evotingindia.com).
