Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a significant 38% year-on-year increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) for the third quarter of FY26, reaching ₹585 crore, compared to ₹425 crore in the same period last year.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, PAT grew by 15% to ₹1381 crore from ₹1197 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 saw a 25% jump to ₹2130 crore, and for the nine-month period, it increased by 27% to ₹6134 crore.

The company's outstanding loan book demonstrated robust growth, increasing by 28% to ₹87975 crore as of December 31, 2025, compared to ₹68960 crore in the prior year. Net worth also surged by 38% to ₹13537 crore.

Asset quality metrics showed improvement, with Gross NPA decreasing to 3.75% from 4.13% year-on-year, and Net NPA reducing to 1.68% from 2.06%. The Provision Coverage Ratio improved significantly to 56.08% from 44.52%.

IREDA continues to strengthen its position as India's largest pure-play green financing NBFC, with a comprehensive suite of financial products for the RE sector. The company holds the highest domestic credit rating of 'AAA/Stable' and an international rating of 'BBB' from S&P Global Ratings.
