Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has announced key changes in its senior management. Shri Jagdeep Singh has joined the company as General Manager (Finance & Accounts) effective December 30, 2025 (forenoon).

Furthermore, Shri Tusarkant Parida has joined as Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) on December 30, 2025 (afternoon).

Following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors, in a meeting held on December 30, 2025, appointed Shri Jagdeep Singh as the Head of Internal Audit (HIA) and Internal Auditor (IA). This appointment is for a fixed tenure from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This change comes due to the superannuation of Shri A. Chandrashekar, the current General Manager (F&A) & Head of Internal Audit, who will superannuate on December 31, 2025 (afternoon).

Shri Jagdeep Singh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University and is a Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, with over 27 years of professional experience. Shri Tusarkant Parida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from Utkal University and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 24 years of professional experience.
