IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited has been informed by its Statutory Auditor, M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, regarding their conversion into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The firm will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, and will continue to serve as the Statutory Auditor for the remainder of their tenure. This change is in accordance with the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
