IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited has executed a Project Implementation Agreement (PIA) with IRB Harihara Corridors Private Limited (IRBHCPL). IRBHCPL is a wholly-owned Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of IRB Infrastructure Trust, an associate of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited.

This agreement pertains to the implementation of the TOT-17 Project. IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited will act as the Project Manager for IRBHCPL in pursuance of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended.

The company had previously disclosed this intention on December 21, 2025, and received approval from shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on January 13, 2026, regarding the Material Related Party Transactions required to enter into the PIA.
