This submission follows a previous disclosure on July 7, 2026, which included brief proceedings of the meeting. The resolutions presented in the notice of the AGM dated May 21, 2026, were approved by the Bank's shareholders with the required majority, as per Regulation 44 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
