Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has received an amount of USD 25,717,298.33 (approximately ₹214 crore) from the liquidator. This amount represents the interim distribution of capital repatriation from the Member’s Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) of India International Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. India International Bank (Malaysia) Bhd was a joint venture involving three banks: Bank of Baroda, Indian Overseas Bank, and Union Bank of India. Indian Overseas Bank held a 35% stake in this joint venture. The bank has disclosed this information in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
