Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from January 1, 2026. The reason for this closure is in connection with the upcoming announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2025. The trading window is scheduled to reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results to the stock exchanges.
