IntraSoft Technologies Limited has announced the resignation of its Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr. Aakash Kumar Singh. His resignation was tendered on January 14, 2026, and will be effective from the end of business hours on February 28, 2026. The company has acknowledged his contributions and extended sincere appreciation for his service.

The resignation is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Singh cited his desire to pursue better career opportunities as the reason for his resignation. He has requested the company to complete the necessary intimations and disclosures with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and stock exchanges.

The company has also provided the details required as per SEBI Circulars dated September 09, 2015, and July 13, 2023, along with a copy of the resignation letter.
