The company stated that the Board and Management are committed to fully acknowledging these orders and will implement appropriate measures thoughtfully and in a timely manner. Since the disruption, IndiGo has been conducting an in-depth review of its internal processes to enhance robustness and resilience, aiming to emerge stronger from these events.
