InterGlobe Aviation Limited (INDIGO) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Designated Persons. The trading window will be closed effective from Thursday, January 01, 2026. It will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting, which will be held to declare these financial results, in due course.
