Interarch Building Solutions Limited announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. In Q3 FY26, the company achieved its best-ever quarterly revenue, crossing the ₹500 crore milestone to reach ₹523 crore, marking a significant 44% year-on-year growth. EBITDA and Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw substantial increases of 43% and 32% year-on-year, respectively. The company secured export order wins of approximately ₹13 crore during the quarter, reinforcing its strategic focus on international markets. Interarch is actively expanding its capacity with the ongoing ramp-up of Phase II of its Andhra Pradesh facility and the construction of its Gujarat PEB facility and Andhra Pradesh Heavy Steel Structure facility, both slated for commercialization by Q2 FY27. Furthermore, Interarch has implemented multiple automation initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, and site execution to enhance throughput, quality, safety, and operational efficiencies. The company is also progressing with its SAP S/4HANA implementation, nearing completion, which is expected to provide real-time analytics and improved operational efficiency. A strategic collaboration with Mold-Tek Technologies (MTTL) aims to boost export orders, focusing on global markets. Additionally, a partnership with Jindal Steel for urban infrastructure projects is set to combine expertise in PEB construction with advanced steel production.
