Interarch Building Solutions Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Report Trading by Insiders and Designated Persons, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be shut from Thursday, January 1, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025.
