Interarch Building Solutions Limited has announced the securing of a significant order valued at approximately ₹130 Crores, including taxes. The order pertains to the Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, and erection of a Pre-Engineered Steel Building System. Due to confidentiality and commercial considerations, the name of the customer cannot be disclosed at this stage.

The Letter of Intent (LOI) has been received from the customer, and the execution of the contract is expected to be completed within a period of 17 months. The scope of work includes complete design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and erection. The company will receive a 10% advance payment along with the order.

This order is classified as a domestic contract and does not fall under related party transactions. The promoter or promoter group of Interarch Building Solutions Limited do not have any interest in the entity awarding this contract.
