Intellect Design Arena Ltd. has announced a strategic partnership with Sampath Bank PLC to modernize its Corporate and SME Banking transformation in Sri Lanka. The collaboration will leverage Intellect's eMACH.ai platform to enhance the bank's capabilities in Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance. A project kick-off ceremony was held in January 2026, attended by key leadership from both Sampath Bank and Intellect, signifying a shared commitment to this transformation. This initiative aims to set a new benchmark for Sri Lanka's corporate banking landscape by delivering a unified digital experience for clients. Sampath Bank will modernize its operations using Intellect's Cash Management System (CMS) for real-time liquidity visibility and automated workflows, and its Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platform for data-driven working capital optimization. The eMACH.ai architecture, comprising microservices, APIs, cloud, and AI, will enable speed-to-market, scalability, embedded intelligence, and open integration for Sampath Bank.
