Intellect Design Arena Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26). The company reported that its Last Twelve Months (LTM) revenue crossed ₹3000 crore, reaching ₹3025 crore, a 23% year-on-year growth. EBITDA for the LTM period stood at ₹709 crore, reflecting a 33% YoY growth. For the third quarter of FY26, total income was ₹753 crore, an increase from ₹621 crore in Q3 FY25. EBITDA for the quarter was ₹122 crore, compared to ₹134 crore in the same period last year. Profit After Tax for Q3 FY26 was ₹28 crore, down from ₹70 crore in Q3 FY25, after considering an exceptional item of ₹31 crore related to gratuity. The company also highlighted its strategic expansion in the US market with the launch of its AI-first payments platform. Furthermore, Intellect announced the appointment of Mr. D. Shivakumar as an Additional Director (Independent Director) for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The company's eMACH.ai platform continues to drive growth, with 9 new customers choosing it for digital transformation in Q3 FY26, and 82 global financial institutions having transformed their digital journey on Intellect platforms in the last twelve months. The Purple Fabric AI platform also saw significant progress, with 14 Value Discovery Partners onboarded and one Destiny Deal closed in the quarter. Arun Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, stated that crossing ₹3,000 crore in LTM revenue, expanding EBITDA by 33% YoY, and cash reserves of ₹1,198 crore mark a defining moment. He emphasized the company's focus on three growth businesses: wholesale banking, consumer banking, and IntellectAI, with deepening investments in AI and capacity-building. In terms of industry recognition, eMACH.ai received the Gold Medal in Datos Impact Awards for Banking Innovation, and Intellect was named World's Best Transaction Banking Software Provider 2025 by Euromoney. The company also received multiple recognitions in the Chartis RiskTech ALM Solutions 2025 Report and was acknowledged by Gartner and IDC for its various solutions.
