MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, has officially become MSKA & Associates LLP, effective January 13, 2026. The company received this intimation from its auditor on January 18, 2026. This change pertains solely to the legal constitution of the audit firm and does not affect the engagement or responsibilities of the statutory auditors. MSKA & Associates LLP will continue to serve as the company's statutory auditors for the remainder of their approved tenure.

The conversion of the audit firm from a partnership to an LLP is in compliance with the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The ICAI Firm Registration Number has been updated from 105047W to W101187. This announcement is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
