Inspirisys Solutions Limited (ISL) has announced the amicable resolution of a material litigation with Kerala Medical Services Corporation Limited (KMSCL). The dispute, which originated from services rendered under a 2011 tender, was referred to arbitration and subsequently to mediation. The mediation proceedings concluded with a settlement agreement submitted to the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam on April 10, 2026. On the same date, the Court passed an order disposing of the matter based on the settlement. The company received the certified copy of the court's order on June 3, 2026. As a result, the demand of ₹75.89 lakhs previously raised against Inspirisys Solutions Limited has been resolved and disposed of. As part of the settlement, the company had paid ₹7,68,300 towards a Bank Guarantee, and all mutual claims have been waived.
