Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited, has been awarded a significant contract by NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a subsidiary of NTPC Limited. The contract, valued at ₹558.29 Crores (Five Hundred Fifty Eight Crores and Twenty Nine Lakhs Only), inclusive of GST, is for the supply of Solar PV Modules. This domestic order is to be executed within the financial year 2026-27. The company has confirmed that there is no promoter or group company interest in NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions, being conducted at arm's length.
