Innova Captab Limited announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹450.3 crore for Q3 FY26, marking a significant 42.3% year-on-year growth. For the nine-month period of FY26, revenue reached ₹1,182.2 crore, an increase of 27.3% year-on-year. The CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) business generated ₹298.7 crore in Q3 FY26, up 29% year-on-year. The branded generics segment showed exceptional performance, with revenue surging 79% year-on-year to ₹151.6 crore in Q3 FY26. For the 9-month period, CDMO revenue was ₹813.9 crore (up 18% YOY) and branded generics revenue was ₹368.4 crore (up 56% YOY). EBITDA for Q3 FY26 increased by 39.6% to ₹71.1 crore from ₹50.9 crore in the previous year. For the nine months of FY26, EBITDA stood at ₹183.7 crore, up 24.8% year-on-year. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q3 FY26 was ₹42.1 crore and ₹102.8 crore for the nine-month period. The company highlighted the ramp-up of its Jammu facility, which contributed ₹89 crore in revenue for the current quarter, an increase from ₹60 crore in the previous quarter. While the Jammu facility is nearing EBITDA breakeven, PAT breakeven is expected in subsequent quarters. The Baddi and Dehradun/Taloja facilities are operating at 55-60% capacity utilization. The company anticipates the Jammu facility to reach an optimal capacity of 65-75% with a potential revenue of over ₹1,400 crore. Exports constituted 35% of Q3 FY26 revenue and 32% for the 9-month period. The company indicated that future growth guidance is based on constant API pricing. The overall EBITDA margin for the current quarter, excluding the Jammu facility, was around 18-19%, reflecting improved performance across other business segments.
