Meghana Gopalakrishnan, daughter of S. Gopalakrishnan and a promoter of Infosys Limited, has submitted an annual declaration confirming that she, along with persons acting in concert, has not made any encumbrance, directly or indirectly, on the shares of the company. As of March 31, 2026, she held 1,48,34,928 equity shares in the company. This declaration is made pursuant to Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
