Infosys Limited has inaugurated a new office in Zurich, Switzerland, relocating its Swiss headquarters to The Circle at Zurich Airport. This move signifies a major milestone in the company's 25-year presence in the country and aims to accelerate enterprise digital and AI-led transformation journeys for its clients. The new Zurich office will serve as a hub for innovation and co-creation, bringing Infosys' teams closer to clients across various sectors including manufacturing, financial services, life sciences, energy & services, telecom, and retail. The office will leverage Infosys Topaz, an AI-first offering powered by generative AI, and Infosys Cobalt, to support Swiss enterprises in their digitalization efforts, enhancing operational resilience, data utilization, and customer experiences with a focus on security and compliance. This expansion builds upon Infosys' existing foundation in Switzerland, which includes previous acquisitions like Lodestone Consulting and a specialized Turbomachinery and Propulsion Center of Excellence. The company has a history of partnering with leading Swiss and multinational organizations, including a notable collaboration with Sunrise. The new office complements Infosys' existing locations in Geneva, Basel, Baden, Lausanne, and Baar, fostering deeper collaboration with local policymakers, industry partners, and academic institutions. Infosys also highlighted its commitment to the local talent ecosystem through its InStep internship program, building relationships with students and faculty at prominent Swiss institutions such as EPFL, ETH Zurich, University of St. Gallen, and IMD Business School. Furthermore, the company is supporting STEM education in Switzerland by awarding a grant to Little Scientists, enabling a one-year partnership to develop a multilingual virtual learning environment on the Infosys Springboard platform. This initiative aims to provide coding and STEM courses in German, French, and Italian, targeting 1,000 students in its first year, with a focus on inclusive education for disadvantaged backgrounds. Dr. Nik Gugger, Member of the National Council of Switzerland, acknowledged Infosys' investment as a testament to Switzerland's attractiveness as a technology hub and the role of global companies in strengthening the local ecosystem. Dinesh Rao, EVP & Chief Delivery Officer at Infosys, stated that the new office brings the company's enterprise AI and digital innovation capabilities closer to Swiss clients, enabling them to achieve measurable business outcomes.
