The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on January 19, 2026.

Aisle Network Private Limited, engaged in operating multiple dating platforms through mobile apps like Aisle, Anbe, Arike, Neetho, and Jalebi, had a turnover of ₹39.62 Crores, a PAT of (₹17.80) Crores, and a net worth of ₹20.86 Crores as of March 31, 2025. The investment is intended to meet Aisle's working capital requirements.

As Aisle is already a wholly owned subsidiary of Info Edge through Jeevansathi, this transaction is considered a related party transaction under the Companies Act, 2013. However, the promoter and promoter group companies have no interest in this investment, and the transaction is conducted on an arm's length basis. The consideration is in cash, and Jeevansathi will acquire 10,00,000 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) with a face value of ₹100 each.
