Info Edge (India) Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Redstart Labs (India) Ltd., has agreed to invest approximately ₹46.81 Crores in Unboxrobotics Labs Private Limited ("Unbox Robotics"). The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting of Redstart Labs held on December 23, 2025. Unbox Robotics, based in Pune, Maharashtra, is engaged in selling software-defined robotics systems and logistics and warehouse automation products. As of March 31, 2025, its financial details include a turnover of ₹13.51 Crores, a PAT/Loss of (₹18.68) Crores, and a Networth of ₹45.26 Crores. The company was incorporated on May 20, 2019. This investment is a follow-on investment by Info Edge, through Redstart, aligning with the company's strategy of making external financial investments focused on medium to long-term value creation. Unbox Robotics is an existing investee company where Redstart already holds approximately a 5.49% stake on a fully converted and diluted basis. Unbox Robotics is not considered a Related Party, and Info Edge's promoters or promoter group have no interest in this transaction. The transaction involves Redstart Labs acquiring 1,927 securities through a mix of primary and secondary acquisitions. The total consideration for this investment is ₹46.81 Crores. Post this investment, Info Edge's aggregate shareholding in Unbox Robotics, through Redstart, will increase to 9.29% on a fully converted and diluted basis. The acquisition is expected to be completed within two months from the approval, and the consideration is in cash.
