Info Edge (India) Limited announced changes to its board committees effective January 16, 2026. These changes follow the resignation of Mr. Arindam Kumar Bhattacharya as Independent Director. The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, approved the re-constitution of the Audit Committee and noted the revised composition of the Risk Management Committee.

Ms. Geeta Mathur, an Independent Director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee (AC). The revised Audit Committee comprises Mr. Sanjiv Sachar as Chairman, Mr. Ashish Gupta as Member, and Ms. Geeta Mathur as Member.

Consequent to Mr. Bhattacharya's resignation, he also ceased to be a member of the Risk Management Committee (RMC) effective January 15, 2026. The revised Risk Management Committee includes Ms. Geeta Mathur as Chairperson, Mr. Ashish Gupta as Member, Mr. Sanjeev Bikhchandani as Member, Mr. Hitesh Oberoi as Member, and Mr. Ambarish Raghuvanshi as an Invitee (Interim CFO).
