Info Edge (India) Limited announced that Mr. Arindam Kumar Bhattacharya has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on January 15, 2026, and is due to personal reasons.

As a consequence of his resignation as an Independent Director, Mr. Bhattacharya will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Risk Management Committee of the Company. The Board of Directors of Info Edge (India) Limited has expressed its appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Mr. Bhattacharya during his tenure.
