IndoStar Capital Finance Limited announced the allotment of 2,850 equity shares under the IndoStar ESOP Plan 2016 and 1,494 equity shares under the IndoStar ESOP Plan 2018. This allotment was approved by Mr. Randhir Singh, Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman, based on the authority granted by the Board of Directors on May 11, 2025.

The exercise of these stock options has increased the company's paid-up equity share capital. Previously, it stood at ₹1,61,53,21,240, comprising 16,15,32,124 equity shares of ₹10 face value each. Post-allotment, the paid-up equity share capital has risen to ₹1,61,53,64,680, consisting of 16,15,36,468 equity shares of ₹10 face value each.
