Indosolar Limited announced key leadership changes following its Board Meeting held on January 16, 2026. The Board approved the appointment of Dr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod (DIN: 11121448) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) and Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, effective January 16, 2026, subject to member approval.

Concurrently, the Board took note of the resignation of Mr. Amit Ashok Paithankar (DIN: 02435057) from his positions as Non-Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective at the closure of business on January 16, 2026. Mr. Paithankar cited other commitments and personal reasons for his resignation.

In addition to leadership changes, the Board approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company also approved the proposal to shift its Registered Office from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra, pending member and regulatory approvals. A Postal Ballot Notice will be issued to seek shareholder approval for the registered office shift and the appointment of Dr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod as a Non-Executive Director.
