The Board approved the appointment of Dr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod (DIN: 11121448) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) and Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, effective January 16, 2026, subject to member approval. Concurrently, the Board took note of the resignation of Mr. Amit Ashok Paithankar (DIN: 02435057) from his positions as Non-Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective at the closure of business on January 16, 2026. Mr. Paithankar cited other commitments and personal reasons for his resignation.
