In key management changes, the Board approved the appointment of Dr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod (DIN: 11121448) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) and Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, effective January 16, 2026, subject to member approval. Dr. Rathod, a senior business leader at Waaree Energies Limited, brings over 18 years of experience in the solar manufacturing and renewable energy sector. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration.

Concurrently, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Amit Ashok Paithankar (DIN: 02435057) from the positions of Non-Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective at the closure of business on January 16, 2026. Mr. Paithankar cited other commitments and personal reasons for his resignation.

The Board also approved the proposal to shift the company's Registered Office from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra, pending member and regulatory approvals.
