Indosolar Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 16, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a revenue from operations of ₹19,952.61 lakhs for the quarter and ₹59,674.97 lakhs for the nine months ended December 31, 2025.

Key personnel changes were also approved. Dr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) and as the Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, both effective from January 16, 2026. This appointment is subject to member approval. Concurrently, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Amit Ashok Paithankar from his positions as Non-Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective from the closure of business on January 16, 2026.

Furthermore, the Board approved the proposal to shift the Company's Registered Office from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra. This shift is also subject to the approval of the Members, Regional Director, and other applicable statutory authorities. A Postal Ballot Notice will be issued to seek shareholder approval for the registered office shift and the appointment of Dr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod as a Non-Executive Director.
