The Board considered and approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors.

In key managerial personnel changes, Mr. Nishit Doshi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective from the opening of business hours on January 14, 2026. This follows the resignation of Mr. Deepak Sharma as CFO, which was effective from the closing of business hours on January 13, 2026.

The Board also evaluated strategies for future growth and expansion, including the potential establishment of an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) model, subject to regulatory approvals. The Business Strategy Committee has been authorized to make further decisions on this matter.
