For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a profit after tax of ₹2,490 lakhs (₹24.90 crore), a significant increase from ₹1,927 lakhs (₹19.27 crore) in the corresponding period of the previous year. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹19,630 lakhs (₹196.30 crore), compared to ₹17,734 lakhs (₹177.34 crore) in the same period last year. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹16,510 lakhs (₹165.10 crore). For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the profit after tax was ₹6,685 lakhs (₹66.85 crore), up from ₹4,290 lakhs (₹42.90 crore) in the previous year. The revenue from operations for this period was ₹54,309 lakhs (₹543.09 crore), an increase from ₹41,681 lakhs (₹416.81 crore) in the prior year. Total expenses for the nine-month period were ₹46,038 lakhs (₹460.38 crore). The company also disclosed an additional liability of ₹58.57 lakhs towards gratuity and ₹4.98 lakhs towards leave encashment, related to the new Labour Codes notified by the Government of India. These amounts have been charged to the Statement of Profit and Loss.
