Indo National Limited has provided an update regarding the final hearing conducted by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, on January 13, 2026. This hearing was in relation to the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between Helios Strategic Systems Limited (Transferor Company) and Indo National Limited (Transferee Company), along with their respective shareholders and creditors.

During the hearing, the Official Liquidator, Regional Director, and the Income Tax Department all indicated that they have no objections to the Scheme as presented to the Tribunal. The Hon’ble Tribunal has acknowledged these submissions and has reserved its decision for the pronouncement of orders.

Indo National Limited will provide further intimation upon the receipt and pronouncement of the NCLT's Order.
