Indo-National Limited announced the appointment of Mr. S R Aravind Kumar as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the company. The decision was made by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on January 14, 2026, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Kumar's appointment is effective from January 14, 2026.

The Board meeting commenced at 12:30 P.M. IST and concluded at 12:50 P.M. IST.

Mr. S R Aravind Kumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounts. His expertise includes Financial Planning and Analysis, designing and implementing internal financial systems and process controls, feasibility studies, strategic financial planning, and risk mitigation. He has also worked in Internal Audit, Corporate Finance, taxation, and compliance, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and corporate laws. He joined Indo-National Limited as Financial Controller in August 2025. Previously, he served as CFO at Magenta EV Solutions Pvt Ltd and Kineco Limited, and held positions at Grant Thornton India LLP, Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India Pvt. Ltd, and Rising Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
